2. Website use

You may browse the website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at volume, or use it to distribute malware or unsolicited messages. All content, trademarks and app names are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission, except for short quotations with attribution.

3. Software licence

Our apps are licensed, not sold. Apps obtained through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement in addition to these terms. For apps purchased directly from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, according to the licence tier you purchased. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the software.

4. Purchases and refunds

• App Store purchasesare processed by Apple. Refunds are requested through Apple under Apple's refund policy; we cannot issue them ourselves.
• Direct purchases are processed by our payment provider. If an app does not work as described on your supported system and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Updates and availability

We may release updates, change features, or discontinue a product. We are not obliged to provide updates for a specific period, but licences you purchased remain valid for the version you received.

6. Warranty and liability

The website and software are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts, after an attempt to settle them by contacting us first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the bottom shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
