2. Our approach

Our apps are designed to work offline and on your device. They do not require an account, do not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and do not send your files, screenshots, network data or other content to us.

3. Data we collect on this website

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
• Email. If you write to support@poteam.pro, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of support.
• Cookies. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used by our hosting or content platform to serve the site.

4. Data collected by our apps

• Purchases. Apps bought through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. We receive no payment details, only anonymised sales statistics. Direct purchases from our website are handled by our payment provider, which shares the email address and licence details needed to deliver and support your licence.
• Crash reports. If you opted in on your device, Apple may share anonymised crash reports with us to help fix bugs.
• Network features. Some apps (for example network diagnostic tools) send requests to hosts you choose. Those requests go directly from your device to the destination, not through our servers, unless a product-specific privacy notice says otherwise.

Where a product needs additional processing, it has its own privacy notice linked from the product page, which takes precedence for that product.

5. Legal basis and purposes

We process data to provide and support the products you purchased (performance of a contract), to keep our website and apps secure (legitimate interest), and to comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for profiling or targeted advertising.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: hosting, email, payment processing and app distribution (Apple). Each provider processes data on our instructions and under its own security commitments. We may disclose data when required by law.

7. Retention

Support correspondence is kept for up to 3 years after the last contact. Purchase and licence records are kept for as long as required by accounting law. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email support@poteam.pro. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Data deletion

To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email support@poteam.prowith the subject “Data deletion request” from the address you used with us. We will confirm once the data has been removed, except where we must retain it by law.

10. Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on this website.
