Before You Reach Out

Check the basics:

• Make sure you're running macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
• Try quitting and restarting the app
• Check System Settings → Login Items if launch at login isn't working

Alerts not working?

• Verify notifications are enabled in System Settings → Notifications → Pulse
